1. Order Processing
All Chelina products are made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 2 to 5 business days for production and dispatch. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
United States: 2 to 5 business days
International: 7 to 21 business days (varies by destination)
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
3. Shipping Carriers
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our production partners via standard carriers (USPS, FedEx, DHL, or equivalent depending on destination).
4. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Ravina Horizon, LLC has no control over these fees.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@ravinahorizon.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our production partners to resolve the issue.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ravina Horizon, LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
