At Chelina, every item is made to order just for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Accepted Claims

We only cover the following cases:

  • Item received damaged
  • Defective item (printing error, stitching defect)
  • Package lost during delivery

  • A clear photo of the issue

We will offer a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

No physical return is required. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
